SPIRALE "Labirintas"
Instrumental post-metal/progressive rock from my Lithuanian readers. Reminds me of their countrymen Autism; however, Spirale are way more experimental.
P.S. For those of you outside the ex-USSR: track #8 refers to a cult 1986 steampunk/black comedy movie: "Kin-dza-dza! represents a double entendre in terms parody and features dark and grotesque aspects of human diaspora which may be described as dystopian. It depicts a desert planet, depleted of its resources, home to an impoverished dog-eat-dog society with extreme inequality and oppression..." It's considered a brilliant example of political satire up to nowadays, and is frequently quoted.
