NUWISHA "Solitary Are The Winter Woods"
As you may remember, Nuwisha is a new blackened folk project from Oregon, started in 2012 by one of my readers (Rowan WalkingWolf), and inspred by "profound experiences in and deep ecological
connections with the Cascadian landbase and by dreams of the inevitable
annihilation of civilization and the aftermath thereof". In comparison with the first demo, this full-length album has more black metal elements. Definitely recommended for those who's interested in eco-anarchist blackened neofolk in the vein of
Into The Rhine or Crooked Mouth (Nuwisha's music is somewhat more "unorthodox", though).
