MARNOST / LEECHFEAST
As I've promised, I'm posting the 2nd recent release from Marnost. Although I liked their split with Oaken more than this one, it deserves to be on here too. The only song on Marnost side sounds quite experimental, and has a pretty strange name as well (in fact, it's based on a 1927 poem by a Czech anarcho-communist writer S.K.Neumann).
"Leechfeast from Slovenia is a diy gloomy sludge/doom band featuring members of Paperplanecrash, Landverraad or Melete. On this record they have one superheavy 7min song that sounds like Black Sabbath on heroin. Marnost are a czech anarchist blackmetal/experimental project with members of Gattaca, Remek, Lakmé or Dakhma and here they have an unorthodox and very experimental 7min song. The following labels co-released the split: Burina (sk), Catanarchy (at), Dingleberry (ger), IFB (usa), MxFxL (cz), Neadnderthal Stench (bel), Rope or Guillotine (nl). 525 pieces on black vinyl were made"
